This year marks the 22nd year of this historic contest.

This is a contest where anyone can submit any number of works.

Prize:
Best Prize- ¥100,000 JPY for 1 copy
Excellence Prize- ¥50,000 JPY for 2 copies
HarmoTECH Prize- ¥10,000 JPY
